Founder Director

Ajay Bansal is the Founder Director of AAAPL. He is highly regarded as an expert and a judicious professional in the business advisory industry with bringing seamless 360 degrees brand experience to consumers with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, capital formation, restructuring, lender advisory, business turnaround and interim crisis management. 

  • Ajay has worked and consulted to companies with turnover ranging from $5 million to $1 billion across a wide range of industries, banks and Financial Institutions including manufacturing, retail, Metal, Automobiles, Telecommunication, Heavy Machinery, Textiles, Paper, Retail to name a few also dealing with International PE Funds/Foreign Management for various finance related matters.
  • Ajay has successfully negotiated business transactions, debt restructuring and reorganizations. He has extensive experience representing companies, lenders, debtors, bankers and private equity sponsors or investors in the areas of business turnarounds, financial restructurings, distressed and non-distressed sales and divestures, asset management and loan recoveries.
  • Ajay is also a recognized expert in subjects related to complex litigation matters. He has witnessed and represented 1000+ cases in Supreme Court of India, High Court(s), National Company Law Tribunal, Apeallate Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and various arbitration proceedings in the areas of loan defaults, NPAs, accounting, interest rates, feasibility, and valuation.
  • Prior to founding AAAPL, Ajay served as an executive officer for many companies in the roles of chief financial officer, treasurer, and operations manager. He Spent 14 years with SPL Industries Ltd and group companies as CFO where he specialized corporate finance ; Financial Concepts, Accounting and Audits, Due Diligence, Systems and Process Establishment, ISO standards, MIS, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Administration, Legal, Sourcing & Procurement, Sales & Marketing.
  • Ajay was a Country Head Finance with Vishal Mega Mart(A reputed Retail Chain; A well renowned leading retailer having PAN India presence in more than 100 cities(25 states) achieving an annual turnover of 1500 crores through its chain of 180 stores selling more than 4000 product categories through institutional sales as well enjoying empanelment with government departments and renowned business houses.;
  • wherein he explored his turnaround skills including M&A’s (mergers and acquisitions), business valuations, financial management, and performance improvement. He has significant experience in the areas of business analysis, accounting operations, cash management, and financial systems, including establishing and managing complex financial systems. He worked closely with different clients to identify their operational strengths and weaknesses, advising in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, financial restructuring, to develop plans to improve cash flow, and refinance activities for troubled companies; and to execute changes that lead to greater profitability and business revivals for both lenders and debtors.
  • Ajay graduated from American Management Association, USA with a Diploma in Finance specialising in finance and US GAAP, accounting practices and systems. He has also received PG Diploma in Business Management and Post-Graduation from H.P. University, Shimla. He has also been a Chartered Financial Analyst Level 2 Candidate. He has also excelled working on SAP FICO ECC6.0, Microsoft Navision, Great Plains, customised ERPs based at Oracle, VB and many other applications.
  • He has a rich Professional and Social Association with Industries Associations, PHDCCI, Management Institutes, FICCI, TiE, ASSOCHAM, IASB, CII, CFO Institute, American Management Association, New York, USA and TiE-A highly reputed international body for Entrepreneurs. Ajay is also a member of other professional bodies like British Council/ Goethe Institute, Max Muller Bhawan, Delhi (Indo-German Cultural Exchange Programs). Nominated for Best 100 CFOs twice in a row–An annual prestigious event recognising top 100 CFOs of India; He has Demonstrated business acumen in leading and discharging service offerings in his present Consulting Company and managing the operations, instituting financial controls & discipline effectively and achieving higher rate of organic growth, significant turnarounds, recoveries, amicable settlements and end-to-end case resolutions.

A multi-faceted, result oriented and accomplished marketing professional with 16years of extensive experience in Marketing Domain Specializing in Communications and Digital Media along with various administrative and strategic operations across several industry verticals.
  • Proficient in driving the project excellence process, continuous development of the Customer Relations & Online Reputation Management with process improvement; Preeti is adroit in adhering to schedules and procedures, multi-tasking, project management, attention to details, organization of materials and cooperating with team members to derive business goals.
  • With Excellent interpersonal skills, influential, and teamwork qualities she helped ensure timely delivery of assignments with extreme attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
  •  Worked with BIOAYURVEDA, a luxury brand in Personal, wellness and Health care offering completely natural and organic products ; AMAZON SPN (Navus IT Services);financial consultancy Fortune Partners; Marketing Agency of hotels and restaurants chain; Asst. Professor (Marketing) and Placement Coordinator in Institute of Management Studies, Dehradun and a project with HDFC Bank; She has Successfully executed and handled stakeholders communication network, Providing recommendations and execute/manage strategies for synergized relationship between Company’s Management and Clients.

Rajit has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Bonds as well as Debentures issues.

  • He had worked with leading financial institutions like Transwarranty Finance Limited, Strategic Capital Corporation and Almondz Global Securities where he was instrumental in executing Debt, ECB transactions and placement of Bonds, NCD’s etc for Private Corporates and Public Sector Enterprises.
  • He has also worked as Corporate Finance head with KR Pulp & Papers where he led the fund-raising exercise of the Company for capital expansion as well as reduction in cost of funds.
  • His focus area includes deal origination and execution across debts, debentures & bonds issue.
  • Rajit is an MBA in Finance and CFA holder from ICFAI Hyderabad.

Aditya has gained work experience of more than 5 years after successfully executing assignments in a wide spectrum of corporate functions including business valuations, internal business process improvements, financial reporting & analysis, due diligence & auditing, and direct & indirect taxation.
  • He has collaborated with several promoters to help them raise initial capital for their start-up ventures by assisting them in preparing comprehensive financial models and finalizing their pitch presentations.
  • He has been associated with established business houses with the aim of expanding or diversifying their existing business segments by acquiring further capital or by capturing amalgamation opportunities, which required his expertise in drafting valuation reports & schemes of restructuring, and ensuring compliance with business laws.
  • Aditya has supported his corporate clients in strengthening their business processes through his exceptional observation and problem-solving skills by identifying deficiencies in their existing working patterns, standardizing operating procedures and giving suggestions for improvement which have proven to be extremely beneficial to them in implementing effective internal controls and mitigating financial risks.
  • He has carried out numerous due diligence and auditing engagements with the ultimate objective of ensuring accurate internal MIS (management information system) reporting and statutory financial reporting by scrutinizing the recording, movement and security of financial data, rectifying misstatements in the books of accounts and streamlining the financial reporting processes.
  • He is well-versed with laws relating to Income Tax and Goods & Service Tax (GST) and has served his clients in discharging their statutory duties to file periodical returns to the respective regulatory authorities.
  • He is a Commerce Graduate and has cleared CFA Level 1. Currently, he is pursuing the final level of the Chartered Accountancy Course.
