Case of a willful defaulter where the strong local influence of the Debtor hampered the proceedings and the team was afraid to enter his premises; we cracked it with all due legal formalities with a Recovery of 3.30 Cr.
AAAPL was engaged by the Lender in a non-discharge ability case against an “Educational Institution” Debtor who was a willful defaulter and the case was earlier pretended to be a Property-Backed Case but the lender was not able to attach mortgaged or any other property. The strong local influence of the Debtor hampered the proceedings and the team was afraid to enter his premises even to paste the legal notices and were threatened many times to beat up. The interaction with the customer itself was a challenge. AAAPL investigated the actions and historical activities of the debtor, its principals, and related entities and provided expert reports on the fraudulent financials. With crisp strategies, we melt the ice and made the customer agreed to repayment but he offered 1.72 Cr with 2 years payment. With All threats and hassles, we cracked it with all due legal formalities, compelled the Customer for resolution, and at the end finally closed and settled the case amicably in 3.30 Cr. with Complete Recovery within a short-stipulated time.
